Top Forecaster Reward — Official Rules

A free, skill-based promotion. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances.

Quick version: Play BestGuesser for free. If you're an active player who finishes in the top 10% of a category leaderboard, you can claim one prediction of your choice from a #1-ranked forecaster who has opted in to being followed. That's it.

1. Sponsor

BestGuesser (the "Sponsor"), PO Box 1728, Montgomery, TX 77356. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, X, Meta, Apple, Google, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants under 18 (or the age of majority in their state) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and any reward will be issued to the parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf. Employees and immediate family of the Sponsor are not eligible to receive rewards. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to participate

Create a free account and make daily predictions. Each prediction is graded against the real-world outcome, building your accuracy percentage in each category. Rankings are shown on the public category leaderboards. No entry fee, wager, or payment is ever required.

4. "Active user"

To be eligible for a reward, a participant must be an active user, defined as having made at least one prediction on 10 or more separate days within the 30 days preceding the reward determination.

5. The reward

During each reward period, eligible active users who finish in the top 10% of any category leaderboard (ranked by accuracy percentage, subject to a minimum number of graded predictions) may claim one (1) prediction or insight of their choosing from the current #1-ranked forecaster in a category of the winner's choice — provided that top-ranked forecaster has opted in to being followed (via their profile). Rewards are informational only, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. The Sponsor may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the intended reward is unavailable.

6. How winners are determined & notified

Rankings are determined by the Sponsor from the platform's accuracy data at the end of each reward period. Eligible winners will be notified at the email address on their account and must respond within 7 days to claim; unclaimed rewards may be forfeited. This is a skill-based promotion — outcomes reflect participants' prediction accuracy, not chance. It is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes of chance, or gambling, and involves no wagering.

7. Privacy

Predictions made by top-ranked forecasters who have opted in ("let reward winners follow my picks") may be shared with reward recipients as described above. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy practices. BestGuesser does not require or collect your legal name.

8. General

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, or to disqualify any participant who tampers with the platform, violates these rules, or acts in bad faith. All decisions of the Sponsor are final. By participating, entrants agree to these rules. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
